Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We process all orders within 2–3 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Spain (Peninsula & Canary Islands): 3–7 business days
  • Europe: 5–10 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–21 business days

All orders are shipped with tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your 7Kings gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return

  1. Email us at 7kingsportwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions within 2 business days.
  3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at 7kingsportwear@gmail.com. We will cover all return shipping costs and send you a replacement at no charge.

Please note: Final sale items and personalized/custom products cannot be returned.
